3. Charges & Payment

Charges are based on weight, distance, and service type.

Additional charges may apply for:

Urgent delivery

Full or partial advance payment may be required.

4. Packaging Responsibility

We ensure proper packaging, but customers must inform us about fragile or valuable items in advance.

We are not responsible for damage due to hidden defects or improper disclosure.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Damage & Liability

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Compensation (if applicable) will be based on declared value and company policy.

8. Cancellation & Refund

No refund after shipment is dispatched.
